Wonderful experience. Leslie our Nurse Practitioner was to say the least ... Welcoming, knowledgeable, articulate, and we could tell we were in the right hands. Because her schedule was full but we were in need of medical assistance she helped my husband and I. No one had to wait and she was very thorough. She said when the schedule lessened she would call me with results of test. She did. Can't say enough. Today you sit for hours waiting to be seen... go to this minuteclinic at CVS.
Got charged for my co-pay without warning or notice a month after my visit. No bill was sent to me, and the reason given was that since my card was on file they can take money out whenever they want. Terrible way to do business
We had a round of strep throat go through our family and the N.P. and M.A. were caring and efficient getting my kids their strep tests. thank you!
