Don’t go here! They don’t prescribe meds and rush you out and charge you. If you want to see a real doctor uc express clinic it’s the same price out of pocket. I came in to get treated for strep. They said it was negative probably because the sample was poorly taken. I received a positive test at a the uc urgent care and received treatment and a prescription within 30 mins. After calling cvs to tell them they said they have strict rules to prescribe antibiotics. Zero help and cost me $200 for nothing. Go somewhere!
Incredible NP Andrea, friendly, professional care with great treatment and evaluation. Had an eye infection and she was prescribed effective drops in a timely manner / gave great instructions. Clean facility.
Tried to cancel appointment. Website link didn't work. Text link didn't work. Tried to call and got robot which directed me to time-wasting phone tree and then said no one was available. Please don't think your patients are rudely skipping appointments without notice! Sometimes, we just give up in frustration.
The Dr was not friendly and helpful
I saw NP Andrea Grayson and she was HORRIFIC. The graduate nursing student there was so nice and was trying to console me. As well as the nurse Yee is so sweet. But Andrea was SO rude. So unkind. She was the worst and beyond unprofessional. I would not want anyone to have the terrible and belittling experience I did. Avoid her at all costs.
