SO SLOW!!! Got here 15 minutes before my appointment TWICE and waited over an hour just to be seen! I get you run behind sometimes but not like this place, it’s ridiculous!
Joan certainly seemed knowledgeable provided great medical care based on my symptoms. However, what I may have appreciated most was how clearly she cared about me and her patients. She spent a good several minutes talking through concerns I've felt about navigating illnesses in general as COVID lessens in severity overall yet still remains, and her kindness, empathy, and heart to help all meant so much and really put me at ease. Terrible service! We went to receive vaccines, having spoken to someone who assured me that the vaccines were covered by insurance and we could stop in any time for them, The MinuteClinic provider insisted we were supposed to have an appointment but she would "work us in." She refused to take our pharmacy insurance (unlike the person I had spoken with who had everything at his fingertips) and snapped at me rudely, never suggesting that perhaps I had spoken to someone at the CVS pharmacy which is adjacent to the Minute Clinic... read more
