Out of network for insurance, and was not made aware until far too late in the process. Ended up having to pay "insurance prices" for a COVID test, a Flu test. The itemized list included 251 dollars for a "new patient comprehensive visit", which never occurred and cost more than either of the tests! My bill totaled over 570 dollars for getting swabbed and told "you don't have COVID or the Flu". Avoid this scam and find a real doctor to take care of you. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable, kind and thorough. She took her time and really cared about my health.
Emily and Simone are both very nice and helpful it is a very chill and friendly vibe here with basically no wait. Happy to have them as a primary care doctor for the time being. Thanks again to Simone and Emily!
Today was my 2nd experience in about 2 years and I am pleased to say I had excellent experiences both times. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They expedited my case quickly, I got my meds and was on my way. I recommend making your appointment online first! They do need to streamline the questions though. Asked my age about 4 times.
I first visited the minute clinic in Elkridge, md on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 for a TB test. When I went into the office, I explained to the practitioner that I had called MC customer service earlier that day to get the medical codes for the TB test and confirmed that my test would be covered by my insurance provider.
