I am writing to report that the wrong test was ordered during our recent visit, despite multiple clear requests for a specific lab—resulting in a delay in my son’s military processing and an unnecessary repeat test. On April 20, I brought my 18-year-old son to CVS MinuteClinic for two required tests: a Complete Blood Count (CBC) and a Hemoglobin Electrophoresis to determine the fraction of Hemoglobin S. I would like to rate this place, the physician and the service zero. To be honest, that rating is generous. Please avoid this pharmacy as well as Simone Boswell. It's always disappointing meeting service providers that lack character and integrity. The facility wrongly advertises their services, and providers like this knowingly continue the lie. Customer service is non existent and their goal is money and money only. No care for a clinic. Please trust the low ratings.
I recently visited a CVS MinuteClinic to get tested for COVID and the flu because I wasn’t feeling well. Scheduling the appointment online was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. My nurse practitioner, Shamica, was absolutely amazing. She was patient, calm, thorough, and incredibly friendly. Not feeling well can be stressful, but she made the experience so much better. Waiting an hour past my appointment time to get a TB screening test. The actual appointment took less then 5 minutes but i waited 75 minutes to be seen
