Nightmare dealing with insurance. 3 times they used the wrong insurance number for me and each time I called to correct the current bill but the next time they bill my insurance they use the wrong number again,
I was seen by the NP Freitas and she was wonderful. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. Clearly explained the care plan and test results, was very accommodating.

Such great speed of service and care from the minute clinic staff! Nurse Chaudhry was very quick, kind, and professional. I’ve never had a problem with any visits.
Do not go to the CVS Minute Clinic if you want vaccines or blood tests, because they will add an extra charge of $339 for the "medical visit". Their policy is that if you walk through that Minute Clinic door, no matter what reason, you will be charged for $339, even if you only go there to get vaccines and did not ask any medical related questions. Getting vaccines in the CVS Pharmacy would be free of charge (covered by insurance) but with CVS Minute Clinic, you will have to pay an extra $339, which does not make any sense. ... read more
