Went online and booked ahead so not waiting forever. Scheduled 3:10 pm and asked to arrive at 3:05, which we did. Now 3:50 and still not seen. Absurd waste of time and no reason for this since they text the confirmation they could also text delays. Who kills an hour for a flu shot. Avoid this CVS at all costs!!
My boyfriend went in today to remove wax buildup in both ears. The nurse practitioner was kind, thorough, and professional. My boyfriend was very happy with the results. She even checked a bump on his back at the end of the visit that I was concerned about. I would definitely go back!
Terrible! Will never go there again. I signed in for an appointment online because I didn't have a lot of time to wait. I arrived 15 minutes before the expected time of my arrival and was next on the waiting list. Doctor came out and called in the patient's (not just one but a family of 3!) On the schedule after me! When I spoke up the doctor claimed they were next on her list inside the room. NEVER AGAIN! Go to Ashland or Marlborough. They follow the list and arrive is MUCH better!
Went in with an ear infection and was out inside of 45 minutes with my prescriptions filled would have been 35 if I ha-dent left my prescription card at home. Awesome service by a very knowledgeable kind and professional nurse practitioner, she put my fears of having ruptured my eardrum to rest quickly!(this is impressive because I can earn good money with my ears so I'm extra nervous about hearing damage) As a mostly healthy young guy this is exactly the kind of service I need every few years when something small go's wrong... read more
