The nurse and NP we saw were SO amazing!!! I feel like places like this get a bad rap, but the staff there were efficient, but we felt very cared for!
We love this location. Great staff. Scheduling is so easy, and they are so helpful. We have a PCP team in Davidson, but we love this clinic for sports physicals, vaccinations, and quick check-ins. The team is fabulous.
Terrible experience today 7/15. I arrived a little before noon…double checked at register if they took walk in’s …. Waiting room was empty NO PATIENTS THERE OR IN EXAM ROOM.. the exam room door was open Provider not there… no-one greeted me. Nurse Practitioner appeared…said he could not see me and I should make an appointment added that he was the only provider . However, he made no attempt to ‘provide’ care… not even to inquire my reason for coming … BASIC TRIAGE. Proceeded to do chores > stocking etc. I waited 20 plus minu... read more
I saw a very nice woman and provider name C. Belk on 7/11/2025. She submitted my preauth rx request and said if I have any issues with the priorauth being approved to come back the morning of 7/12/2025. First the black woman that came out was super rude and intimidating. She needs to be fired. She automatically asked if I made an appointment and then wouldnt even let me tell her why I was here without dismissing me. I sat down in a chair to write this review and Taylor came out and also refused to listen to me or help me aft... read more
