I got in instantly. I didn't want long. The doctor listened to me and was really friendly. I will definitely come back to this location if I am sick again.
Today, I had an appointment with the awesome Ma Fea Talamor—so friendly and professional! Even though I had to wait a while (it wasn’t easy to get an available slot), it was one of my best experiences visiting MinuteClinic. Fea thoroughly explained everything during the consultation. The necessary test was done quickly, and it’s been provided clear instructions about the next steps. I also received a prescription, which was ready for me at the pharmacy. Overall, it was a smooth and reassuring experience.
Absolute do not recommend !!! Arrived on time for my partners appointment but was told we would have to wait for the person before us since they were late. Not the biggest issue. Finally see Fe. My partner provided their symptoms and at this point had been running a fever for 14+ hours. Fe proceeded to tell my partner that it was allergy related since Austin has bad allergies in January??? And all my partner needed to do was to start taking Claritin and prescribed an otc allergy medicine(Ended up never needing that. More to ... read more
We had a good experience with this location. The doctor appointment was quick and easy and the wait time was just 15 min from the moment we arrived. This is our second time using minute clinic service and I can tell it improved a lot. It is a very good option for a quick health check especially when you need a prescription or a proof of absence for your student when he is sick. Way faster and convenient than regular physician IMO.
