husband was sick and came to the walk in a sick appointment. We have insurance, the doctor there that day took his info but did not submit anything for a claim. Had to pay $300 for a flu and covid test. Should've cost $25 copay. Talked to my insurance and they said the provider did not submit a claim. So she was annoyed at my husband when he arrived for booking a same day appt at the WALK IN because she was busy.I let that go until I was told by insurance she never submitted anything on her end. just charged us the cash pric... read more
Waited 25 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. They took in a family of three 5 minutes prior to my appointed time. Only one practitioner. She knew my inoculations would only take 5-10 minutes and with no one else in the waiting area it would have made sense to keep my appointment time.
The nurse practitioner at Prosper CVS is amazing! Wonderful care.
