I am completely disappointed with my appointment at the Minute Clinic for Weight Management @ 298 Mulberry street. I was made to believe I was approved for a Wegovy weight medication just to be told minutes later that I wasn't and that I need to pre-authorization. But when I got there at first the nurse asked how was i doing on the medication and I informed him that I never recieved it. I am completely confused and devastated by this. I thought CVS had my best interest at heart. Im very disappointed.
I had a great experience at this clinic. I was dealing with severe ear congestion since the night before and decided to walk in without an appointment. Despite that, I was treated very respectfully and professionally. Emma took care of me with great attention and precision. She cleaned my ear thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I really appreciate the prompt and kind care I received.
Great experience. Highly recommend. Emma was fantastic and made my daughter feel comfortable.
Had a great experience with the MinuteClinic today! I had an appointment, the provider saw me promptly at my appointment time. She was very friendly and personable and the room was clean. I would definitely come back to the minuteclinic now that I know how pleasant an experience it is.
