First thing they said to me was that I could hang out until 1650 but they won't be able to see me after that even though no one else ie scheduled and they are supposed to be open until 1900. Wait time is not accurate and there's no point to say walk-ins welcome if you are just going to turn them away and online check-in gets turned away as well. Seems pretty poorly managed. Maybe just put that there are no walk-ins and that you shouldn't check-in online.
Easy to make an appointment before arrival and easy sign in once there. Short wait time to be seen. The doctor listened and was able to help get the meds I needed and recommended the OTC meds to help also. I felt so much better the next day.
Better than most doctors I have been to. And other urgent care facilities also.
Quick and easy
I went in approximately 2 weeks ago because I had an allergic reaction to hair dye and my useless doctor's office( Swope Park on Truman Road) wouldn't answer four different voice messages I left. I went to the minute clinic she put me on some steroids and gave me a cream and within 2 days I was 150% better. Other than my blood pressure medicine I'm coming here from now on. The lady doctor I had could not be any more understanding and actually there to solve my problems. She needs a raise!
