Stephanie was the best triage nurse I've ever had. She's diligent, delicate with the needles and I loved how discreet she kept everything she was telling me because the lobby is literally 2 ft away. All of this was done without me having to ask. When two different offices/providers reached out to me to schedule my follow up. My choice was clear as to who I wanted to go with. If you've seen some of my reviews, you know that I have my fair share of urgent care visits. This week, I decided to visit MinuteClinic instead, and I'm glad that I did. Very well run, very organized, very professional and very clean. Kudos to the entire staff. And special kudos to the nurse practitioner, Wesley. He went above and beyond. Compared to other places where you go, if you are a walk-in, you are guaranteed to wait at least an hour. The nurse here sucks. Idk who takes blood pressure on the same arm 3 times and acts shocked that the reading is abnormal. She needs to take lessons from the Roswell nurse because i went there afterwards and got a proper reading and a new prescription the paces ferry nurse didn’t even care to include. She’s rude as well. Who tells a patient stop talking when they are explaining something? I hope for the rest of her life she gets the days she deserves.
The practitioner was great. CVS customer support, or lack thereof, to resolve a prescription issue is a disgrace.
