This place is the worst. I showed up at 12:50 for a 1pm appointment. By 1:30, they hadn't called me. I went back to the pharmacy area, but they refused to help because their lunch break was coming up. Their overall rating of 2.4 stars is being quite generous in my opinion. Go somewhere else for your Healthcare needs.
No one showed after an appointment. I waited for more than 20 mins after my appointment time for vaccine. Also no one answers from staff from pharmacy or front desk. Unprofessional people who dont value others time.
A wonderful experience! I was able to quickly get my Covid shot without any roadblocks.
Made two different appointments and tried to check in. The kiosk didn't work and wouldn't show I had an appointment. When I asked for help and showed my confirmation, I just had to wait an hour in queue. I ended up going elsewhere.
