Had a simple earwax removal procedure and done very professionally and very happy.
There's literally no way to ask any sort of followup question or get ahold of the person that worked with you. There's no way in MyChart to ask a question or contact your care giver. The phone number is an 866 number that will never put you in contact with a person.
CVS does not do walk in. You still have to schedule an appointment.
This is by far the best minute clinic location I have been to. The NP working is kind and always listens to me and acts like she really cares. Would definitely come back. Very convenient as well.
Turn around and go immediately to AFC Urgent Care Hopkins instead of the minute clinic. Just had the most UNPLEASANT UNEDUCATED woman that was running the minute clinic tell me she didn’t know how the waitlist worked and even though there was no one in the exam room she wouldn’t see me or the little boy in the waiting area. She also told me “I was not on her list” and when I told her she hadn’t asked me for my name she said “well I don’t even know where the waitlist shows anyway”.
