Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Super simple process to schedule an appointment/hold your place in line. After appointment, takes no time to fill prescription at pharmacy in same store!
Called at 4:50 pm CDT to talk to a live human about availability. After listening to the voice response menu, there was no choice to speak with a person so I chose an option. I was then transferred and a representative answered. Her microphone (headset?) had so much static that it was almost impossible to understand. Also, her earphones apparently don't work because she could not hear me. (I tested my handset and it is working.) Unable to communicate with MinuteClinic, I hung up and am headed to a competitor.
