My daughter went to the Alpharetta Parkway clinic and was diagnosed with ear infection and sinus infection. The dr was great, very kind and thorough. So I’d love to give him 5 stars. He wrote her a prescription for the pharmacy at that same location and when she went to pick it up, the pharmacist was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I've been going to CVS Pharmacy/Minute Clinic for a long time, usually for checkups (like when I suspect I have the flu, bronchitis, viral infections, or COVID) since I work in the healthcare field and must always make sure I'm in good health so I don't infect my patients. I also go every time I need a tuberculosis test for each new year of employment. I'm always treated very well. Please don't go here, especially if it is near closing time. Refused to run any tests, diagnosed with swimmers' ear even though my daughter has not been submerged in water. They prescribed a penicillin-like antibiotic to a person who has a penicillin allergy, saying that only 1 in 300 will react. Went to a real doctor the next day, turns out she had a severe sinus infection, nothing wrong with her ear, and was feeling like herself again in 24 hours.
