I gave them my insurance information and my appointment was about three weeks ago. Today I woke up to a $339 charge so I called to inquire about it only to find out that apparently they submitted stuff wrong so I got charged. I was on the phone for over 20 minutes and even merged my insurance who immediately verified that this was MinuteClinic‘s mistake. They basically just said sorry about that. Absolutely awful, went into the clinic due having an extremely irritated ear. Chelsea the nurse practitioner was not helpful what so ever. I told her my symptoms, told her everything I've tried that has not helped and she told me to keep using what makes it worse not to mention my husband went in months ago to get skin tags removed and that same lady completely butchered him. Awful!
