My symptoms were observed and diagnosed. The nurse practitioner was very professional and prescribed meds that relieved my discomfort within hours of taking.
The worst appointment process ever!! The name Minute Clinic is a lie and unprofessional. They take hours with each patient and you will not be seen at the time you have set scheduled. Avoid walk-ins at all cost. You will not be seen and they double book. They only have one person working. I got there at 1:30 as a walk-in as it said they have availability. Checked in. Clinical practitioner was a very nice lady. She was very patient and understanding to my condition.
Nothing minute about minute clinic. You will be waiting forever and there is always only one provider seeing patients and they clearly overbook. You will wait 30 minutes past your appt time and people just keep showing up after you. Goodluck
I've been to several MinuteClinic's in the greater Houston area, but this was by far the best experience. I went in for an earache (as an adult) so not a pain I'm used to having, but it was pretty miserable. The NP, Chelsea Galinski, was amazing. I felt a little silly going in for ear pain, but as I said, it was really miserable. She made me feel comfortable instantly, not like I was overreacting, and she even recognized the Taylor Swift lyric tattoo I have on my arm! That, to me, made her instantly awesome lol.
