I visited the Minute Clinic on a Sunday afternoon because I didn't want to have to take time out of my busy work week to get a steroid for poison ivy. I had a great experience with Cathryn! She is very professional and had several great recommendations. I highly recommend!
Total fail. I scheduled an appointment online for this location on 3/1 at 2:40 pm. Got all the confirmation emails and text messages to check in and let them know when I’m in the waiting room. I drive all the way to this location only to find a note on the monitor and door saying they were closed today. Thank you for not only wasting my time, but keeping me from being able to make an appointment with another nearby location, because by then all openings were booked. Incredible service. Listened to me and showed interest in what I was saying- I swear that’s so hard to find nowadays!
The practitioner was very professional.
The nurses and NPs are great but CVS itself should spread the appointment time options our further. I ALWAYS have to wait at least 10 minutes for my appointment to begin. I hate it because it's a convenient location and the care is great but for times sake I'll start going elsewhere.
