I visited the place without an appointment; supposedly they serve walk-ins. I was next in line and they refused to serve me. Bad place.
Made an appointment, got an appointment. The staff was caring, professional, and friendly. The Minute Clinic was tidy and clean.
I tested positive on a home test for Covid and I came into the clinic (because my MD. couldn't see me until Monday and this was on Thursday and Covid medicine has to be taken within the first 48 hours or it doesn't work)without an appointment. They were booked but Lauren Rosen squeezed me in and treated me with respect and I will never forget her kindness. She was amazing! I will never forget that! Thank you, Lauren.
