I would give zero stars if I can. Sarah Hussein, NP welcomed us chewing a gum loudly. The room was super hot. She did strept test twice because she thought it’d be easier if my daughter tested positive! She did Covid test. All came negative. So she advised me to take my daughter to northwestern or Northshore because they have “doctors” there and have more advanced devices!!!! Came in for a routine lab - quick, efficient, friendly. Donna was beyond courteous and caring throughout my appointment. Highly recommend for getting labs done.
