So I personally have had ok experiences with this minute clinic but my husband not so much. He seen Giacinta Brinsey for a sinus infection who told him that he had to suffer 5 more days before she could prescribe him an antibiotic. She didn't give him anything for his cough either, otc isn't working. He was already down for a week. Normally he would have just gone to our primary who would have given him an antibiotic and something for the cough, but they are going through a transition. Our Healthcare system is in bad shape.

First time I went wasn't bad. But 1.5 year later my child needs a physical we go and walk in and no one is in the waiting room. We waited for about 5 min, a lady shows up. The Dr. Comes out and calls her name. She looks at us and ask if we set an appointment. No, we are doing a walk-in. You need to schedule. Still, no one there but us. Why do we need to schedule when it says on the website and everywhere posted that walk-ins welcome and no appointment required. We leave and I set an appointment. I have gone to this minute clinic a few times over the years. Not because I enjoy it over other urgent cares, it’s just convenient. I like that you can go online and make an appointment and are usually taken back right at your appointment time. However, after my last experience there this past Saturday, I will never return and I will risk sitting at an actual urgent care for a few hours to be seen.
