First time I went wasn't bad. But 1.5 year later my child needs a physical we go and walk in and no one is in the waiting room. We waited for about 5 min, a lady shows up. The Dr. Comes out and calls her name. She looks at us and ask if we set an appointment. No, we are doing a walk-in. You need to schedule. Still, no one there but us. Why do we need to schedule when it says on the website and everywhere posted that walk-ins welcome and no appointment required. We leave and I set an appointment. I have gone to this minute clinic a few times over the years. Not because I enjoy it over other urgent cares, it’s just convenient. I like that you can go online and make an appointment and are usually taken back right at your appointment time. However, after my last experience there this past Saturday, I will never return and I will risk sitting at an actual urgent care for a few hours to be seen. I saw Giacinta Brinsey, NP for a titer test, and the experience was truly exceptional. She was warm, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her professionalism and genuine care stood out immediately — she made me feel heard and comfortable. I honestly wish she could be my primary care provider because it’s rare to find someone that thorough and compassionate in such a short visit.

I was impressed with the care I was given. I had a sinus infection. Antibiotic fixed me up.
