This place sucks. I showed up as a walk-in. There was no way to check in without an appointment. So, I made an appointment for 15 minutes later. As I'm filling out my pre-visit paperwork online, I get all the way to payment and the site crashes. Finally, our an actual person came out and told me that they have no room for walk-ins and only can do appointments for tomorrow. I told her I have an appointment for today and showed her my text. First time user of the minute clinic. Very professional, quick and easy appointment. Would use again in a pinch.
Gave them my insurance information and they charged my debit card $339 for the visit!!! That's not a COPAY!! OF $35 IT'S THE WHOLE AMOUNT!!
Horrible experience and a complete waste of my time. The provider, whose name I do not know because she failed to even introduce herself, spent more time on the phone with her colleague acting confused than she did with me as the patient. I’m the end they did nothing for me at all. As a healthcare provider myself it is embarrassing and sad that there are people out here supposedly caring for patients but obviously do not care at all.
