We attempted to sign in using the kiosk which glitched out and would not let us check in. No one was present to help us, so we waited 20 mins before the NP came out of the room. The signs state they take walk ins and because we were late we asked about getting a walk in apt. The NP rudely said “oh you were late for your apt, no definitely not taking walk ins, we are booked full. No one else was present in the waiting room. Reading other reviews I dont know how this NP hasn’t been fired.

I was told by an NP ( Crystal Wilson ) and another woman who did not identify what her position was, that I could not receive a physical because my form was incorrect. I proceeded to ask for a normal physical and they both told me I couldn’t have one because they do not carry these said forms. Crystal was performing an eye exam, asked me to read only the smallest lettering and told me I need my eyes checked.
