Nurse practitioner Jennie Robinson is not professional & tried to talk down to me. CVS advertises that the clinic costs 40% less; however, the nurse practitioner orders many unnecessary tests due to deficient fund of knowledge & lack of diagnostic confidence. I paid more than I would have at an urgent care by a physician. I gave this clinic several chances; Jennie was apathetic every time. Will not return. I recommend Southside Urgent Care or Doctors Urgent Care as more caring, affordable options.
Went a couple times, if you need a note for school/work, or you need to be prescribed something basic go here. They don't really do much but its convenient for those things.
PLEASE DO NOT USE MINUTE CLINIC especially for any kind of testing. I had COVID-19 testing done over a week ago and still have not received my results. Not only did I call and ask for reasoning of why this was happening but I also was told to contact "Quest Diagnostics" because they were "unsure of why my results hadn't came back" sounds more like something THEY should be doing.
