I will never use this service again. The practitioner was not timely, although she was nice during the visit. Orders were not transmitted correctly to the lab. I had to go through the customer service number when the error was noted and they were very unhelpful. They told me a NP would follow up and call me back. Never happened. I requested to file a complaint and requested for the owner or manager of the practitioners to call to discuss, and to date, no call back. Wish I could give 0 stars. Online says "walk ins welcome" but they really aren't. I walked in with my daughter who had a 102 fever and was super sick. Tried to check in at the kiosk. It said there were no appointments today, but it would send me a link to schedule. I clickes the link on my phone and it said walk ins welcome. No one in the store even knew if there was anyone there to treat patients even though they were open for another hour and a half!
