The nurse & NP were great.
Made an appointment and the nurse and the practitioner both seemed annoyed that I was even there. I was also told "we can only address one chief complaint per appointment" as I was describing my multiple symptoms. As if one health condition can't cause multiple symptoms? I'm just trying to give you the whole picture because I don't know what could or couldn't be related to my "chief complaint." It's obvious to me that having one nurse and one practitioner isn't enough to meet the demands for care that MinuteClinic is facing.... read more
All the nurse practitioners we interact with here are patient and kind. We are in and out and with an autistic kiddo we appreciate that so much!
I prefer CVS Clinic over going to my doctor.
