I made an appointment. I called to confirm that they had the vaccine (10 minutes on hold). I showed up and they had closed unexpectedly the day before. No reason to not notify those that had appointments. Really unprofessional
Wait times and holding times are completely ridiculous. I’ve been on a “call back” hold list for actual days. I’ve called each day and don’t get a call back each day. Insane
worst experience I waited an hour even after making an appointment. My appointment was at 10:30 and I was not helped until after 11:30. All I was in need of was a sports physical and I was extremely disappointed in the service. Do not recommend.
Our experience at this clinic was a positive one. We went there to give our 4 yo the MMR shot and everything went smoothly: no wait time, the nurse Rachel Davis was kind, professional and she was so good with our son. We highly recommend her.
If you are going to close the minute clinic it should be made public so someone doesn't drive a half hour just to find out. The scamdemic is over. Get back to work.
