Longtime MinuteClinic patient, but this experience ended my trust. After a routine visit, a urine sample was sent to an outside lab without clear explanation that it would result in separate third-party billing. We paid the bill we received in full. The service I received from the nurse there was excellent. Professional, clean, safe and caring. No wait, easy to schedule.
Fast service and no bureaucratic red tape.
Love the minute clinics. Easy to make appointments, and they hire extremely competent people to treat you. Would much rather go to these clinics than urgent care clinics.
