I’ve always had such a good experience there, but that wasn’t the case today. I was on the waitlist all day to get in for a simple test that would’ve taken a few minutes. I was never texted about the waitlist so I showed up about 40 minutes before closing. The waiting room was empty not a single patient there and all the doors were closed. The CVS Minute Clinic on north Oracle in Oro Valley, AZ was a perfect choice for early wax removal for my 98 yr old mother. The Nurse Practitioner was very respectful, explained the procedure carefully, and was able to successfully complete the job. Anita was kind and considerate and quickly adjusted to the fact that my mother has dementia and did everything possible to make things easy and comfortable for her. Highly recommend!

Indeed, she did a better job than many doctors in Tucson, AZ. She is skilled, compassionate and sweet. I will recommend her to the rest of my family members and friends for annual checkups, screenings, etc. Before her, there was another healthcare provider that kept canceling my appointments; that why I was hesitant to visit the minute clinic agai... read more
