I had a really bad experience a few days ago at an Urgent Clinic in High Point NC. I decided to take a chance at CVS Minute clinic and was so very pleased with the personality and professionalism of Shannon. She really cares and took the time to do a thorough exam. I left feeling heard and at ease. Thank you Shannon, I really appreciate you!!!
I was seen by Shannon this morning and she was absolutely lovely and so kind. I don’t go to the doctor terribly often, and a lot of my experiences haven’t been the most comfortable. But Shannon really made my whole morning. I appreciate it so much.
The practitioner was pleasant and professional.
Minute clinic shouldn’t allow you to book an appointment if when you get here 40mins early and then 15 min before your appointment tell you they can’t see you.
