Completed flu & covid test then charged me $408 automatic payment. I was in with the 'doctor' for all of 15 minutes.
Site it terrible
Made an appointment in advance, showed up 10 minutes early to check-in, and waited hour while they took two walk-ins, long after my time had passed. For context, my appointment was for something that took less than 5 minutes... If I'd known that walk-ins get priority, I wouldn't have bothered picking a slot.
Waited an hour to be seen after making an appointment. Explained my symptoms and was told that she would not prescribe me an antibiotic because it wasn’t a sinus infection “yet.” She advised me to give it 7 more days. Needless to say, wasted an hour and a half of my life and a copay to be told to use nasal spray and Robitussin.
