MinuteClinic Springfield, located inside CVS/pharmacy #10151 at 3045 West Republic Street, is a walk-in medical clinic. These directions are incorrect. Not even close. Building is over a block away to the west. Phone system is completely unhelpful when trying to get directions. Disconnected me and asked for social before I could even get someone at store. Check in process is obtuse. Card reader error, many questions, asking permission to send marketing texts?! For a simple poison ivy consult, this was a real pain.

This place and the NP are a joke. First off lunch breaks are way more important than crying in pain children. I understand getting a lunch break but what I don’t understand is how you turn down a child in pain (horrible ear infection) so you don’t miss your lunch break. She told my child and I to come back later. He was crying bc he wanted his ear to feel better so we are having to drive across town to a different urgent care to get him seen.
