The staff at the Third Lake location is amazing! The care my family and I receive is unparalleled.
Let me just say, the service here is amazing. Laurinia Hunter saw my daughter for what we thought could be an ear infection and turned out to be strep. Not only was Laurinia kind and friendly, she was thorough. She made my daughter so comfortable, asking about her summer, laughing with her and making sure I was also informed of everything. My wait time was minimal. The team was very professional and courteous. They were able to administer treatment and answer any questions that I had.
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE SICK…. Nurse practitioner is awful and does not know how to diagnose and all they do here is tell people if it gets worse go to the emergency room. I clearly have a sinus infection and was told to take Tylenol. Way to take patients money who are sick! Also, my appointment was at 510pm and lasted 10 mins!!!
