DO NOT go to this Minute Clinic (Third Lake, IL). Same problem as many other reviewers. Nurse Practitioner was dismissive, didn’t ask enough questions, and diagnosed wrongly. Claimed it was like a life threatening situation and a pulmonary embolism (blood clot in the lung) snd I should go to the ER and that I could die before the night was over. I was seen promptly and the NP was very friendly and very thorough. I was very happy with the very fast pharmacy fill of the medication prescribed as well

Easy to be seen and heard. She was able to diagnose my illness and set me up on the correct path to recovery.

Don’t go here! The Nurse Practitioner (Laurinia Hunter) is so rude and condescending. We waited 20 minutes for our appointment, and then she came out and told us we couldn’t be seen because we were 5 minutes late. Then she continued to put medication away, and talk to staff. She purposely ran out the time of our appointment, and was rude about it. With all these negative reviews about her, how is she still employed there? They must be desperate. There’s a reason she’s there and not at a standard provider.
