We definitely NOT recommend this minute clinic "doctor. VERY unpersonable. Terrible bedside manner. And pretty much disrespectful , and definitely not concerned with my illness.....
Terrible service, you wait for an hour just to have people walk by you even though you had an appointment prior to what the list shows.
Useless. I told the nurse practitioner what I was taking for my allergies. I stressed out, that decatron was the only thing that helps with my rag weed allergies. She told me they had to stay within CVS guidelines and prescribed me something else which I am very sure I tried and did not work. I also asked her if she cannot prescribe decatron, I would not want to waste her time. Time wasted, money wasted, no relief on site.
Don't waste your time. Sitting for over an hour as the ONLY patient and then right before the doctor comes out, another patient comes in and is seen first. I explain i couldn't sign in because their system wasn't working. No sympathy. I left. Undiagnosed and feeling terrible.
The nurse sent my medication to the wrong pharmacy that is in a whole different city. I gave her the exact address to a Walmart in Fort Worth. Don’t know how she came up with Arlington. So now I’m sitting here pretty much dying without any medicine because the number you call to try and fix their mistake, is a corporate number and they send the office a message. Have yet to receive a call back
