Booked an appt for my child’s ear ache online. Was allowed to book, drove 15 min to appt at the time I was given. Once inside we waited 10 min and then realized the place was closed. When I asked at the pharmacy, I was told that it was also closed yesterday and they don’t know why. The manager said it’s a separate entity and had nothing to do with it. I then called minute clinic to complain and was told that the online app should have not let me book or cancelled appt but somehow it was not. He did apologize, but in the end ... read more

Appointments are easy but useless. I left feeling like I completely wasted my time being there. Was not even treated with a compassionate bedside manner. Only 2 stars because it is easy to book an appointment. Why is it so hard to get antibiotics when you clearly need them? Why are you treated like you're seeking illegal drugs if you just want antibiotics because you can even swallow your throat hurts so bad! **update. Went to see my doctor (got in next day). They won't prescribe you anything even if you have a viral respiratory infection that is severe like RSV. They're great for vaccines but if you actually need medical help or intervention in some urgent way, go to a real doctor. ... read more

I did not have insurance so the visit was costly, but not as much as it would have been at a hospital or urgent care. The person helping me ran discount codes so that the price of my prescription would be reduced. She also took the time to consider my penicillin allergy and explained the benefits and risks of alternative medicines, and gave me the choice of which I preferred. Thank you for the great service!
