Minute clinic my butt, waited here for an hour.
You guys should consider making an efficient minute clinic, might do well actually. Making an appt doesn’t do anything still waited 30min
My insurance does not require a copay for any MinuteClinic, which is the entire reason I came in, and when I visited this location, the doctor said she "accidentally pressed the button" and I'd have to request a refund. That was on July 31st. I've spent hours and hours on hold with CVS as well as my insurance, even having my insurance conference call with CVS to tell them I don't have a copay, and after a month and a half, I called for the fourth time today and was told my insurance did pay everything, but for some reason I'... read more
