Great service kind and caring
Nurse Practitioner Lea Ramos went above and beyond with my treatment plan to manage hypertension. She went out of her way to help navigate around a unique insurance issue and get me the best care and tests needed. She has been an absolute pleasure to be around during my visits as well.
Great service, minimal wait, made me feel welcome and clearly explained all treatments with me.
Avoid at all costs. The most disgusting and waste of time minute clinic in all of Vegas. Let me start by saying I should’ve left when my instincts were telling me to while I was waiting. Waited 40 minutes for my appt. And there was no cleaning of the room between patients. When I was finally called in I was asked to put on a mask… ok I get that but then the NP didn’t even put on gloves or use hand sanitizer after he was also opening and closing the door for patients. One of the NP Ekwere who works here has 0% professionalism. I made apt at the 1st time slot of the day. The NP showed up 30 mins late with no apology and said one second in a rude tone. Refused to provide me with doctors note and said I have the common cold when all the other providers at the PCP I worked at said I have a more serious mycoplasma cold. Refused to provide me a doctors note when clearly I have I cannot function at work with debilitating persistent coughing and extreme fatigue.
