We have been going here for 4 years for our flu shots. They have always been very nice. And I never feel the needle!!
Don't have a direct phone number. Went through the automated system 3 times. No way to get a simple question answered so I didn't have to drive over there for no reason. Did however speak to a rude pharmacist. Good thing for her I wasn't anyone important. First and last experience with this place.
Disappointed in the Anderson, IN CVS Minute Clinic because I had a whole different experience at the one in California. I had a bladder infection. Told the NP what clears it up, but she wanted me to take something else. A week later it's not gone but, even though I was told to call back if it wasn't cleared up, they said I'd have to see my doctor.
