I arrived 15 minutes before they opened, hoping I could enter my information ahead of time and wouldn't have to wait to be seen. There was already one person waiting and the kiosk would not let anyone input their information until the clinic was officially open. So that added to the wait time. You are also unable to enter your own insurance information. When you go back into the exam room, the doctor has to enter it in their computer for you, which also adds to wait time. Very convenient. A good place to go for non emergency urgent care.
Tried to get there before they closed. Showed up at 10 till and they wouldn't see me. They were already closed and no they were not with another patient. It 6:59 now. And writing this in parking lot. Thanks for helping me feel better
