I had an emergency with getting an infection from lash extensions and I made an appt the night before with Minute Clinic. It’s been 1 day and already feel better and my eyes have cleared up. Great experience!

Zero empathy and refusal of care – Avoid this location. I have never had such a disappointing experience with a customer-facing organization. My wife woke up with extreme knee pain to the point where she could barely walk. We went to this MinuteClinic seeking help, but the treatment we received was appalling. From the moment we walked in, the staff member on duty was dismissive and rude. Got on the “35 min waitlist” 1.5 hours ago. Then the practitioner came out and said that the waitlist doesn’t guarantee you being seen and that I wouldn’t be seen today. So keep in mind, just because you take off work and drive here and are on the waitlist, does not mean you’ll be seen *at all*. Don’t waste your time and go elsewhere. Management has been made aware about this poor practice of letting people get on the waitlist to not be seen and management has not done anything about it.
