NOT WALK-IN! FALSE ADVERTISING!! Don't make the mistake I did and go here assuming you can get an appointment - as others have mentioned, NO PHONE SERVICE, NO AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS. Stop advertising a service that doesn't exist.
IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a representative. Why even have a phone line if you don't have staff available?
