Angie at the Minute clinic was wonderful. She was very kind and got my prescription ordered right away!
I scheduled a titer test online and attended my appointment only to be charged $100, handed a paper, and told to go to a Quest Diagnostics. I then had to drive to Quest, have blood drawn, and pay an additional $60. I'm disappointed that this appointment option was even available. I feel like my time was wasted. I spent more time driving to the place where services were actually provided than I did with a clinician at Minute Clinic. The previous reviews were right, there are obvious reasons as to why this was rated as one star by so many. I had to pay 200$ out of pocket, even with insurance, for a test I did not even agree to. Customer service never followed up even when I called 3 times.
