The MinuteClinic itself was a very good experience. But then came billing. MinuteClinic used to be a part of MyChart, which is widely used among medical providers. This worked fine. This time they billed through an email link that did not work. Tried multiple days. Eventually reached out by phone only to hit their AI firewall that kept asking for an account number which is on the invoice that I cannot access. Booked an appointment. Had to wait 20 min before we were seen. I checked online BEFORE I booked an appt to make sure they took our insurance. When we were finally seen the worker couldn’t figure out our insurance and told us it would be $168! Ridiculous!
Was seen at the time booked promptly. Easy sign in appointment (after learning the process). The practitioner took time to asked questions to know what my issue was. Very good experience.
