The pharmacist are absolutely rude, calling people names, un professional, short tempered. The minute clinic gives the wrong prescriptions which makes it hard to get the correct medicine that you went in for. The kiosk doesn’t work so you are forced to make an appointment, never opens at 9am. The one in lake worth is million times better with customer service.
Very convenient location in the Super Target. No wait time. My son needed his Tdap and NP Bataille was very friendly, courteous, thorough and genuinely concerned that everything went well. A very pleasant experience.
Can't get no one on the phone. They are trying to sell covid vaccine before they even ask your name. Just go to the ER for free

The MinuteClinic itself was a very good experience. But then came billing. MinuteClinic used to be a part of MyChart, which is widely used among medical providers. This worked fine. This time they billed through an email link that did not work. Tried multiple days. Eventually reached out by phone only to hit their AI firewall that kept asking for an account number which is on the invoice that I cannot access.
