The provider was excellent, however, the system that CVS has developed in making an appointment is in need of a great revamp. It is slow in confirming and it is not effecient making an appointment at the location. Atmosphere needs warmth and a core customer friendly environment.
Tyler Rodriguez Lichtenberg, NP saw me right away at my appointment time. I was greeted cheerfully and the visit was pleasant and efficient. I got piece of mind and path forward to get better. I felt that Tyler asked the right questions and provided simple explanations and answers to my questions and concerns. He seems good at what he does and enjoys being a healthcare provider. I signed up online and was “added to the waitlist” only to show up and no one was around to greet me or give me information. There were no patients waiting to be seen either. There was an optic care center next door, and I found a lady that told me they were open until 7:30 and it was 6:45. A woman checked in at 6:50 and the doctor finally walked out and told me that she wouldn’t be seeing anyone after the person she pulled back despite them being open for another 30 minutes. If you are looking for compassionate, friendly care you can't go wrong coming here! I was seen on time, greated with the most welcoming and warm understanding of my medical needs. Everything was easy to understand and I felt I was in the best hands to help me with my medical need. I even got the best flu shot, didn't feel the needle and absolutely no soreness. I would give them 100 stars if I could
