I came back from the second part of my TB test and when I went to check in it said my appointment was canceled. I didn’t receive a email, phone call, or any notification that my appointment was canceled or why it was. This test was very important for me and now I have to rush around to get another test.
The care I received from Shondra and Christine was 5 stars. They listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. They displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
