Avoid this place at all costs. Went in a month ago to do the simplest of the appointments, flu and COVID vaccines for me, my wife and our daughter. Everything went smooth at the appointment, but a month later I received the bill and while my wife and daughter were billed just for the vaccines, I was also billed for preventative consultation. I literally did not get a single minute of consultation while there, I spoke with the nurse while she was prepping and administering the shots. I have several issues with this: 1) if the... read more
Scheduled a vaccine appointment. Took an hour out of my day to drive there and back, and they were out. They rescheduled me for another day. Take another hour out of my day, show up and they don’t have them. Don’t schedule appointments if you don’t have them in stock. MinuteClinic was supposed to be a response to improving healthcare. They’re making it worse.

My daughter had an upper respiratory illness, so I scheduled a minute clinic visit at this location which was about a 45 min drive. I’ve taken her to Minute Clinics for similar issues in the past and was treated right away with no issue. I have used this clinic twice in recent years for earwax removal. Both times, the professionals were very welcoming, kind, and personable. They listened to me and explained the procedure carefully. Their bedside manner was exactly what we all hope for when receiving medical care! I will definitely return to this clinic in the future, as needed.
