The practier was very nice. And everything was very clean.
I(Vicki Ward) was very satisfied with this minute clinic. Dr Pollock Bartman provided good and thorough medical care. She was friendly and I was seen in a timely manner.
Staff was beyond rude. Walked into one room and immediately got bad vibes, so I asked to see the other provider. Extremely unknowledgeable. The nurse proceeded to argue with me after saying she wasn't arguing with me. Then she stated she didn't have to see us, to which I stated fine don't and walked out. Wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Every time we've been, the wait times have been absurd. Everything from start to end was great, waited maybe 3 minutes and was greeted by the practitioner that made everything easy, explained everything and in Detailed manner,and was very attentive. I was very satisfied.
Please if you need help go to a regular doctor or emergency room. Complete waste of time and you pay the same price for a regular MD. Establish one or ER. You never see a REAL doctor.
