This is the best service that CVS and Aetna offer. Better than any doctor's office. Just spectacular!
My first time here was great, but today Angie the NP was a disaster. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes and left without being seen. I checked in for a walk in slot at 9 am and was told there was a 30 minute wait. No problem. I came in sat down, she came out and said she was behind, again no problem and an hour and 15 minutes later after I’ve been in the waiting area checked in she comes out and informs me she won’t be seeing me because I had booked a walk in slot. Minute clinic was great. It was easy to check in online, short wait time and the practitioner Min was great. She explained things well and her easy going personality helped reduce stress
I visited the Estero Address for the CVS Clinic several times. The Nurse who works there on Monday and Tuesdays is Exceptional with knowledge and caring.
