Easy walking service
Very easy process.
My parents had a very poor experience here. I am a physician and practice in a different state. I called the Minute Clinic (call center and facility) on behalf of my mom from a different state. It is highly inappropriate and unprofessional for a medical provider to not discuss with patient’s family when the patient specifically gave permission to discuss the case (as documented by the call center). The Dr called me I was running a few minutes behind and she still saw us as we arrived. Did not feel rushed very thorough and pleasant. Was taken care of in less then 30min.
