I was hesitant to go here because of the reviews but I had a generally good experience. The wait took long but thats expected when you're doing a walk in for any health care service. Very kind NP, diagnosed my problem quickly, got my medicine and am good to go.
PA was very dry and lacked communication skills. He did not take time to listen to my past experience with the same health issues, leading to a misdiagnosis and no relief. Got in quick, easy to schedule, but if the issue was not addressed to me that is a failure.
says walk ins available advertised online and outside I just drove in I35 traffic to get here to find out they are not really accepting them…. I trusted the website and signage outside but really the kiosk didn’t have any times available unless you show up earlier I guess (I was here two hours before close) …. I made sure to select the walk in option as well, nobody even cared to help either.
