Had a poor experience at this Location. To start off the provider did not ask what was wrong before getting vitals and proceeded to do a temperature check in my child’s inflamed ear (L). After we reacted, he then put the temperature gauge in the other ear, not changing disposinle plastic cover. Then once he knew we were there due to pain and inflammation in the left ear. Sherrick Cunningham was one of the worst providers I’ve seen in my life. I barely spoke, when I did it was very polite (replying “yes sir” to get him to ease up). Told him I took BP meds but when asked who my PCP was I told him I didn’t have one- to which he replied “then who prescribes your meds??” He assumed a diagnosis based on a medication I was taking, overall was treated like a waste of time just because I didn’t have insurance? Had an appointment at the Minute Clinic. Was feeling unwell. I was able to get a quick appointment. Nurse practitioner was nice and was able to find out what was wrong with me. Turns out I had COVID. Was able to pick up the prescription at the pharmacy ten steps away right next to the clinic. Will go here again if I'm sick. I was also able to get vaccinated while I was waiting for the tests to complete. Thank you CVS Minute Clinic.
