Very disappointed by the service I was provided Oct 4th. I was told I couldn’t be seen until I had fully checked in, I tried to explain to the provider that I wasn’t checking in and giving them my debit card info until I could verify that they had my insurance correct in the system because I had just dealt with them billing the wrong insurance and being charged over $200. Dr Chesney is literally one of the sweetest people and really makes you feel heard and cared for
Let me book an appointment for 6:50 then told me I wouldn't be seen today because another appointment would take too long. Also, she told me that the appointment in front of me (the lady sitting in the waiting room with me) had an earwax removal procedure scheduled (hippa violation?) At the very least a privacy violation.
