Mrs Elaina R at Kernersville CVS was patient and kind. She listened, was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. She was determined that my son receive the vaccine that was unavailable at his pediatrician office. Thank you for your help.
Shan Bynum (NP) was so kind during my exam. I'm a nervous patient and was in a lot of pain from what we learned was strep throat. She made me feel at ease and got me on my way with meds a timely manner. Would go back again just for her!
Awesome experience. Very professional staff
I took my grandson in for a sports physical yesterday. The NP was abrupt and rude from the time we arrived until we left. I can let certain things go, but she criticized my grandson's penmanship(his signature). It was demeaning, embarrassing, and inconsequential. He wasn't there for a writing assessment. From other reviews, I can see that she has a reputation for being rude to patients. Do better ma'am.
These folks are always kind and helpful. Even though its out of network for me right now, I will pay the extra money for the care I get here.
