Tried to contact several times... i even used the store's zip code in the automated machine and it still said they did not have any techs to service my area and then immediately disconnects... there is no way that i have found to talk to an actual person... only this ineffective automated service.
I was able to get 3 keys made (for the price of 2) very quickly. My kids loved the fact that you could get different designs on the keys, so they chose a puppy and cat design for two of them. You cannot get car keys made on the machine, though. Payment was easy too. This is a quick, reliable option to get keys made.
