I sent an employee to make keys for a pet-sitting business. She didn’t realize these keys cost twice as much as the store-made keys. And, then, none of them work. Both actually jammed up in my clients’ locks, and it felt like a miracle by the time we actually got them unstuck. This is very inconvenient when you are running such a time-sensitive business.
