I made 3 copies of my key. Only 2 of the copies worked. I contacted the company to either get a refund or a replacement key. It took many email exchanges, as they wanted to verify that I had actually made the purchase. Part of this excess email exchange was my fault, as I thought I had paid with a credit card, but it was actually with cash.
